Our Operational Model

The project operation of DATAM EDU as a Training Consultancy starts with the identification of the skill gaps and ends with completing the training cycle which includes several stages as seen in the figure above.

The stages are:

  • Identify the skill gaps in the industry / company
  • Understand the specific requirements of the clients
  • Conduct a Training Needs Analysis
  • Customize the course content and delivery model according to the client requirement
  • Provide the efficient pool of trainers for the training delivery
  • Deliver the trainings
  • Conduct a Post-Training Analysis
  • Assessing the Performance (on job)
  • Assist in the placements of the trainees (if required)
  • Submit the reports
Once the Training Cycle is complete, the Core Team proceeds with the other projects that are more or less with the similar approach. 

The existing projects are carried on by the Delivery Heads
